 Okay. Guess what? I am getting right into it today and I am coming at you all from the comfort of my bed. 
That is right. I am still in pajamas. I am back in bed, if you will, because I damn well want to be. And this podcast today, I am not even sure where it's going to go and what it's going to be and what it's going to say. 
And I was thinking about it with morning coffee and just like feeling lack of motivation. And perhaps that's kind of what we're going to talk about today. 

I don't want to say I'm feeling sad or depressed or anything like that in this moment, but just very like cool, calm, darker, hibernating kind of vibes were through the time change. Now the weather is getting colder for me where I'm at, we've already experienced our first snowfall. And I'm just feeling like hibernation mode. 

I'm feeling kind of a little lack of motivation, which I just mentioned. And I want to talk about how that's okay. One of our most favorite statements here on Spiritual Podcast. So that's what we're going to talk about. We're going to just talk about what we do when we are feeling those kind of low energy or denser energy vibes and how it really, truly is.
